Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time. You do not need to sign in, and you do not need the app installed.
Request deletion
The form asks for your email address and sends you a confirmation link. Deletion only starts once you follow that link, so nobody who merely knows your address can delete your account.
Open the deletion formHow it works
- Submit your email address on the form.
- We email you a confirmation link, valid for 48 hours.
- Follow the link. Your account is locked immediately and can no longer be signed into.
- Your data is erased — usually within minutes, and always within 30 days.
No email arrived? You can also request deletion by emailing info@justontable.com from the address registered on your account, using Account Deletion Request as the subject. We verify it is you, then delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, email address, phone number and date of birth
- Your saved delivery addresses
- Your saved payment methods, and your customer record at our payment processor (Stripe)
- Your chat messages and conversations with restaurants
- Your push notification tokens, so your devices stop receiving notifications
- Your sign-in identity, so the account can no longer be used
Restaurants you saved as favourites are stored only on your phone, never on our servers. They disappear when you delete the app or clear its data.
What we keep, and why
- Completed order records — required for accounting and tax. Your personal details are stripped out and replaced with placeholders, so the order survives as a financial record that can no longer be linked to you. Kept for 7 years, then removed entirely.
- Reviews you left — the rating and text stay so restaurants' public scores are not silently rewritten, but they are no longer attributed to you.
- Payment and refund records held by Stripe — required for tax and chargeback handling. These carry no profile information once your customer record is deleted.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to stop receiving notifications, you can turn them off in the app instead.
Prefer to do it in the app?
